OPERATORS AND OWNERS
Every town gets a number.
Trailer first so you can prove the market, then your streets built into the sim, then the shop. Nobody can copy a circuit of your own town, which is exactly the point.
THE OFFER
You get a number, a color, and a circuit.
Shop 01 is Fayetteville, in maroon. Yours gets its own number, its own livery color, and its own streets surveyed into the sim from public elevation data. That last part is the whole business. Anybody can buy the same rigs. Nobody else can sell a lap of your town.
- ONE
Trailer first
Start with four rigs in a trailer and go book events. Prove the market before you sign a lease.
- TWO
Survey the town
We build your circuit while you are out running events and meeting the businesses who will sponsor it.
- THREE
Open the shop
Now you open with a waiting list, a sponsor roll, and a track nobody else has.
- FOUR
Own the town
The lap record is a local rivalry that never ends. That is your repeat business.
WHAT COMES WITH IT
The parts that took us the longest.
- EquipmentExact build spec, vendor list, and what fails first
- FormatsRace formats and heat timing that keep a line of 200 moving
- PricingEvent pricing and group quoting that has been tested on real buyers
- Your circuitYour town built from public survey data, plus the trackside inventory you sell
- BrandThe whole kit, including the joke, which is worth more than the logo
- TerritoryAwarded off real demand from the waiting list, not off a map somebody drew
WHO THIS IS FOR
People who like racing more than spreadsheets.
You do not need to be a sim racer. You need to be the kind of person who already knows half the shop owners in town, who does not mind working a Saturday, and who wants their name on something local.
Tell us the market you are looking at. If we already have votes from that ZIP, we will tell you.
This is an inquiry, not an offer to sell a franchise.
