How many people can you actually run?
Straight math: four rigs, four to a chalk, about six minutes including the seat swap. That is roughly 40 drivers an hour if the line keeps moving.
A 200 person family day wants the trailer four hours. A 30 person function gets everybody two runs and a real bracket in two.

Vendor access, insurance certificates, and installation approval are on our end, not on the person planning the function. Give us as much lead time as you can when approval is involved, and tell us early if the site is inside the gate.

If your headcount does not fit your window, we tell you that instead of selling you an hour that leaves half the room standing around.
