Signage nobody scrolls past.
A billboard gets glanced at from a moving car. A trackside board gets driven past at speed, on purpose, by somebody who is coming back next week to beat their own time. Same corner, same board, every lap.

Board

Named corner

A corner or sector carries your name, on the map, on the timing board, and in the way people talk about the lap. Very few of these exist.
THE HONEST PART
You would be backing this early.
The circuit is in development. Founding sponsors are the reason it gets built, and they get the corners nobody else will ever be able to buy. If you want to wait until it is running and see the traffic first, that is fair, and the boards will cost more then.
